Fish, meat and chicken require a little insight, and we try to help with this via this page. Different temperatures for different types of meat and when it comes to beef there is of course individual preference and taste as to whether it should be a bloody piece, medium rare or well-done.
Something to keep in mind when preparing all oven-baked food is to avoid aluminum foil. The foil can emit chemicals that settle in the food, which is not recommended. If you are going to use aluminum foil when cooking, you should have butter paper as a protective layer. Then you can be sure that the food stays fresh without the risk of unwanted chemicals in the food.
Remember - parchment paper is not the same as parchment paper.
