Quality guarantee

We provide a one-month quality guarantee on everything we sell, both via the website and when visiting your home. Should you not be 100% satisfied, we will of course exchange your item for a new one or offer a refund. The easiest way is to send a message here , or call 040-617 03 03. Your receipt serves as a guarantee.

In order for us to be able to complain about the product to the supplier, this must be done no later than 30 days from the date of sale. Therefore, call or email us directly, and you will receive new products that you can enjoy in the meantime. If you are not satisfied, we want you to be!

You also have a 14-day free shopping period according to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. You can read more about this on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website.

Company invoice
The following applies to customers who trade as a company and choose payment via invoice ("company invoice").
 
Credit check :

When applying for payment via company invoice, a standard credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained .
 
Payment terms :

The due date and other terms for a company invoice are stated on the invoice. When paying by invoice, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date (or the date stated on the invoice). In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged and late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.
 
Transfer :

All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments in connection with the invoice shall be made to Svea Bank.
 
GDPR :

When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the corporate customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the receivables that we have transferred to Svea Bank. Free home delivery applies to purchases over SEK 990.

Deliveries

Deliveries will largely be handled by Gordon Delivery, which is Sweden's largest supplier of refrigerated and frozen products to private individuals.

Deliveries take place according to the following schedule:

Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturday: 09.00-18.00
Sunday: 10:00-22:00

After ordering, we will call you and book a delivery day that suits you.

Payment via the website

News - Now we can also sell directly to companies!

We use Svea Bank Checkout and offer payment via Swish, card, invoice and partial payment.

Payment upon delivery
This is only done for telephone orders. To reduce the handling of cash, payment is easiest done with Swish.
Swish number for home delivery: 123 120 93 29 (this number is used when we charge at the door)

It is also possible to use debit cards, we take all cards except American Express and Diners.
