1 tsk smör (till

Löjrom
Rödlök
Persilja eller gräslök
Gör så här:
- Tvätta, skala och riv sötpotatisen fint, krama ut vätskan.
- Tillsätt majsstärkelse, salt och rör om ordentligt.
- Hetta upp våffeljärnet och pensla den första laggen med smör.
- Grädda våfflorna gyllene i ca 4-6 min.
- Toppa med vispad crème fraiche, löjrom, finhackad rödlök och persilja.
